TRAVEL FUND PROTECTION.
Hill Barrett Travel will normally transact your payment directly with the provider of services. For personalized travel itineraries involving a number of different suppliers and/or providers of services (e.g. accommodation, transfers, tours, museums) that require handling of funds by Hill Barrett Travel, payment received will be deposited into a "trust" account that is separate from the operational account until such as time that payments are required to be made to the providers of the various travel services. This complies with the State of Washington Code RCW 19.138.140.
